Cancellation Policy
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. We do not charge for bookings cancelled before 2pm , 2 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the first night accommodation will be charged.

Please note: Due to our location and nature of business, some rooms can be very noisy as they are located over a busy bar.
*** Friday Night - is live band night, local bands playing until 12.00am and can be very noisy in rooms located over the main bar.
*** Saturday Night – we have a DJ at Tyacks with music playing until approximately 12.00am, rooms located over the bar are subjected to noise.
please ask for a quiet room on booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately, All single rooms are located over the main bar area and subjected to noise at weekends.
